5pm - 9pm: Cook Team Load-In

Friday, April 12th

12 - 5pm: Cook Team Load-In

6pm: Gates open for Friday Night Cook’s Team Party (free admission & open to all ages)

6:30pm: Music begins, Karaoke sign-up opens & Buffalo Wild Wings Hot Wings Challenge Begins

7pm: Karaoke BEGINS!

11pm: Gates close

All Cook Teams must be in place by 7:45 am on Saturday, April 13th. Please note, that you will be unable to move any vehicles from your site until Saturday, April13th after the winners are announced.

 

Saturday, April 13th

5 - 7:45am: Cook Team Load-In (Cook Teams must have vehicles out by 8am)

8:30 -9:30am: Vendor Load-In (Vendors must have vehicles out by 10am)

8:15am: E.C.C.O BBQ Cook’s Meeting

9:15am: C.A.S.I Cook’s Meeting

9:30am: Crowd Pleasin’ Cook’s Meeting

11:00am: 40th Annual Chili & BBQ Cook-Off Gates Open

11:00am: Cook Teams Open for Tasting!

11:00am: Crowd Pleasin’ Competition Starts (Chili, BBQ Beans, BBQ, Hot Links, Showmanship)

11:30am: C.A.S.I (Showmanship Competition Starts)

11:30am: C.A.S.I Chili Turn-In (Judging Begins)

12:30pm: E.C.C.O Chicken Turn-In (Judging Begins)

1:00pm: E.C.C.O Pork Turn-In (Judging Begins)

1:30pm: E.C.C.O Pork Ribs Turn-In (Judging Begins)

2:00pm: E.C.C.O Brisket Turn-In (Judging Begins)

2:30pm: E.C.C.O Open Turn-In (Judging Begins)

3:00pm: C.A.S.I (Showmanship Competition Ends)

3:00pm: Crowd Pleasin’ Competition Ends (Chili, BBQ Beans, BBQ, Hot Links, Showmanship)

4:00pm: Winners Announced
